Join us for this one day event with our special guest speakers: Sandor Ellix Katz, author of The Art of Fermentation; Liz Boggs, co-owner of Heart to Heart Farms; the lead physicians of the Food as Medicine Institute, Drs. Julie Briley and Courtney Jackson; and, the lead physician of the Traditional Roots Institute, Dr. Orna Izakson.
