Hosted by the Food as Medicine Institute, this conference is designed for healthcare practitioners and community members seeking to deepen their understanding of the role nutrition plays in managing chronic disease. Taking place May 2–3, 2026, the event will feature leading experts in integrative and nutritional medicine sharing the latest research, case studies, and actionable clinical pearls. Attendees will gain practical strategies for evidence-based, food-focused interventions. The Food as Medicine Symposium features two tracks: one for healthcare providers/clinicians and one for the general public. The professional track runs both Saturday and Sunday, and the public event is Saturday only. Virtual and in-person attendance options will be available for both healthcare professionals and the public. Lunch and refreshments are provided for in-person attendees only both days. Recordings of lectures will be provided to attendees at no additional cost and are typically available 2 weeks following the event.
Continuing education opportunities are available for attendees of the professional track.
